The trajectory of a person or their achievements is more significant than their current position. Recent trajectory is a strong indicator of popularity and potential future success. People tend to overlook the temporary nature of growth and decline, and often label others based on their current status. The process of obtaining things is more enjoyable than having them, and any accomplishment sets a new standard for the future. Rapid increases in status can lead to a sense of dissatisfaction, making it more of a curse than a blessing. Embracing a strategy of stretching out the achievements of our dreams might be more beneficial than achieving them immediately.
