Considering the negative effects of conventionally-farmed food, it's worthwhile to avoid it. Cow's milk is a great source of nutrition if the cow eats a proper diet. It contains complete protein, B vitamins, vitamins A and E, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. However, the quality of milk depends on what the cow eats.
