NOTE

Motivation needs a plan

Motivation alone is not always enough for success, especially in tackling difficult tasks. It is crucial to complement motivation with a well-thought-out plan, such as implementation intentions. These plans involve setting specific 'if-then' statements to outline when and how a task will be accomplished, including strategies to avoid distractions. Even if motivation is lacking for a particular task, having a structured plan in place can make the task seem less daunting than anticipated. The key is to take action, even small steps, to kickstart the process and overcome the perceived barriers to success.
