Effects of Pre-Workout and Hydration on Muscle Pump

The body rehydrates slowly, and the pump is actually derived from the water moving through various bodily systems. Doubling carbohydrate intake can potentially enhance muscle pump the next day. However, pre-workout products do not work effectively to enhance muscle pump and are not directly linked to muscle growth.
