The era of hustle culture pushed for extreme dedication and grinding to start a business. However, the pandemic has brought about a shift towards sustainability. Entrepreneurs often have to work long hours while juggling other jobs to save up enough capital. Many acknowledge that this period of intense work was necessary to launch their business. If given the chance, they would have preferred a more enjoyable and sustainable approach with better understanding and more capital.

Many of us dream about turning our passion or hobby into the thing we do everyday, but very few of us actually do it. In this episode I talk to World Barista Champion and co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters James Hoffmann about how he had the confidence to make a career out of coffee.
