The Impact of Christian Identity on Perception of Others
When I met her, I initially saw her as my superior. She had a stronger prayer life and faith than me. I realized that if my identity was based on success in NYC instead of being a Christian, I wouldn't have seen her that way. But being a Christian first and foremost, it relativizes my racial and national identity without erasing it.
