Follow Up More Times, More Ways

To get the most out of your list of names, follow up multiple times and in various ways. People respond differently to different methods of contact, so try calling, texting, emailing, and leaving voicemails. Don't be discouraged if they don't respond right away, keep trying. When someone doesn't respond to one method, use another as a reason to follow up. Expect to have two or three conversations before making a higher ticket sale. Always act like you're genuinely trying to get in touch with them. Contact each lead multiple times in multiple ways, but respect their request if they ask you not to contact them. And remember to start back at the top of your list after you finish contacting everyone, as circumstances may change and they may be more receptive later on. Finally, if you're new to a team, shadow the best person and double their work. Volume can make up for lack of skill and increase your chances of success.
