3 most important things
The research shows that staring at your phone before bed and in the morning affects the next day negatively. It takes most people at least 24 minutes to get out of bed after their first alarm. To counter this, put your phone away and instead, start a five-minute routine. Pull out your journal and write down three wins that you had for the day. This is different from writing three things you're grateful for, as writing wins enhances gratitude, happiness, wellbeing, and sleep. By feeling grateful for these wins, you also increase your confidence. Additionally, write down the three most important wins you want to achieve the next day. This exercise helps you think proactively and focus on productivity by limiting your to-do list to no more than three items.
