"I don't track my calories in my phone I just kind of guesstimate and I kind of have certain rules I follow and then I kind of eat you know to tell I'm satisfied but just do a little short fast," she says. "You can get phenomenal results if you hit the weights twice a week get a decent amount of walking in on the weekend" She adds that people are disenfranchised in fitness because they're not able to go all-out or nothing like Western mentality.
