The third step in breaking old habit loops is finding anything that helps to step out of those habits. This step involves understanding the root of the habit and what is gained from it, using the feeling body rather than just the thinking brain. By befriending the body and finding a bigger, better offer to replace the old habit, one can recalibrate and engage in a more positive way.
