It is important to focus on somatics rather than getting caught up in psychotherapy and stories. When experiencing suffering, identifying the beliefs causing the suffering is crucial. It is possible to discover these beliefs without needing to fully believe in them. Understanding that beliefs are real but not necessarily true is key in navigating through layers of beliefs.
