A woman's arousal is predicated at least in part on feeling comfortable. The guy who has more good fat is seen to be less potentially attractive to other mates. There is a spectrum between that upon which different women with their different levels of comfort are going to feel more or less comfortable. And there is a situation in which someone who was less in good shape would be more arousing and more attractive to a woman because her degree of comfort would be increased.
