The four day work week is gaining traction as an experiment in organizations. However, it may not effectively address burnout as it doesn't reduce workload. Burnout is often caused by having too much on one's plate, and having an extra day off may not alleviate this issue. Instead, allocating a fifth day where no administrative tasks are allowed could be more beneficial in preventing burnout.
