The Unbalanced Relationship with Alcohol: Diminishing Returns and Increasing Suffering
Alcohol can be a challenging issue to discuss with someone like you, who has a healthy relationship with it. However, many people drink more frequently and with less control. Hangovers are a choice, and the more you drink, the worse they get. The enjoyment of drinking diminishes while the suffering increases exponentially. It's like being in a losing trading position. Drinking too much is ultimately a loss.
