Move around regularly, even a minute or two will be enough for your body. People often think they're walking more than they actually are, so it's important to track. Most smartphones have a step counter. Aim to add 5000 steps to your current base and sprinkle them throughout the day. The city or town you live in affects the amount of walking you can do.
