The idea behind feedback councils, again from episode 200, is you do want feedback in your life about what you're working on or how you think about things. You just don't want that feedback to come from twitter or instagram or tick tock. The feedback from those networks, it's highly salient, and our mind takes it seriously, but it's not at all representative. So what i recommended was having a diverse group of individuals whom you trust and know who can give you real-world feedback.
