The body is an extremely adaptive or organism so one of the things we saw christian gusta was that as the weight came down also the vot2 max came down and this is not very sustainable. I would rather pick our athlete with too much fat on our body and learn them discipline when it comes to eating if required then an athlete that is too skinny. Being skinny is probably going to make you slower than faster being a little bit fatter is probably better for your speed.
