At web flow, we have just a very candid relationsip with our board. We view them as sounding boards, people who can help. I often give them home work, whetherit is recruiting home work or products. Tragy deep dives, but i think that can be pretty unique to our company. At the end of the day, what i'd recommend is justun stand that relationship and make sure that how you are interacting with the board is consistent with how your peers ond the exac team are engaging with the board.
