The Temperature Rhythm

Temperature is fascinating as it affects our sleep patterns. Our body temperature is usually lowest at 4 am and starts to rise until it peaks between 4 pm and 6 pm. Even without external cues, our temperature oscillates between high and low. The popular belief that our correct temperature is 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit is no longer true.
