Types of Procrastination and How to Overcome Them

The three main types of procrastination discussed are: classic procrastination which involves consciously delaying tasks, creative avoidance which is subconscious and involves keeping busy with trivial work, and priority dilution where attention shifts to less significant tasks. While the first two types may involve laziness, the third type, priority dilution, affects even high achievers by causing important tasks to go incomplete due to constant interruptions.
