"Exercise, good sleep, and mindfulness are key for improving mental health. The impact is astonishing, not just for ADHD, but also for depression and anxiety. It doesn't have to be hard exercise, just more often. Even a short walk or YouTube workout can make a big difference. Good sleep is important too, and finding a regular routine helps. When I exercise, I imagine cortisol leaving my body and it feels powerful. Mindfulness is also beneficial, though it can be challenging."
