Is There a Difference Between Rationality and Irrationality in Organizations?

I want to come back to you having wrote plays. But first, are there, you've run five businesses. Are there reembering patterns to the irrationality that you see happen in organizations? And an do you think of it that way? In terms of irrationality, or the things you write about se simply kind of natural outcomes of bringing groups of people together to accomplish goals.
