The Evolution of Demand Generation and Capture in PLG and PLS

In the world of PLG, it's important to first practice generating and capturing demand through self-serve usage. Once confident, it's possible to go to an enterprise and generate demand in different channels while capturing it with sales. By gradually changing aspects of the game, one can eventually excel in both demand generation and capture. However, if unable to effectively capture demand through PLG, it's unrealistic to assume success in capturing cold top-down leads in the market. Evolution and layering are key. Additionally, if USMB is successful, it can be a valuable cash cow for funding early sales efforts.
