HHS is a peer-to-peer evaluation system that measures humility, work ethic, and emotional intelligence/nThe HHS system uses a scorecard with six questions per category to measure these traits/nThe system is used in the recruiting vetting process and given to candidates during the second interview/nCandidates are evaluated by their entire team, including themselves/nThose who score an A are celebrated, those who score a B receive feedback for improvement, and those who score a C are let go on the spot/nThe system has been effective in filtering out candidates who do not meet the desired criteria/nEvery person, including the speaker, is evaluated using the system at their first month and quarterly/nEvaluation questions include whether individuals go above and beyond what is required of them
