Frontline work, such as driving for Uber or Lyft, or working at Starbucks, is extremely tough. There are nearly 3 billion frontline workers globally, and the aim is to enhance their job experience. Research shows that 80% of frontline workers faced incivility in 2023, leading to anger, with 40% of the global adult workforce being discontent at work. This discontentment has doubled since before COVID. The goal is to transform frontline jobs into fulfilling careers by addressing these challenges.
