By confronting challenges with an affirmation of one's ability, the overwhelming feelings may subside, making it easier to navigate tough circumstances. Additionally, seeking moments of silence facilitates self-reflection, enabling individuals to process uncomfortable emotions like stress and overwhelm more effectively.
