Energy economy is a key aspect of my coaching. It involves examining how you allocate and invest your energy in various activities. This includes managing effort levels, converting energy, and coping with limited resources.

Tee has a spirited chat with Lulie Tanett, an independent researcher, Twitter celeb and teacher trainee of the Alexander Technique.
