The Value of Mixing Compound and Isolation Exercises

When doing calisthenics, it's important to exhaust your muscles properly. After doing pull ups, it's better to switch to a lap pull down because it offers more stability and allows for proper muscle exhaustion. Adding isolation exercises towards the end of your session can also help fill in missing muscle gaps and potentially improve performance and longevity.
