Anger and depression are common ways to suppress anxiety, with anger providing a sense of control and depression offering a deeper emotional state. Anxiety is masked by these emotions, and when it cannot be regulated, severe mental health issues may emerge. Schizophrenia can be a result of the brain creating alternate personas to avoid feeling vulnerable. However, by restoring connection, these symptoms are lifted, and the joy of being returns.
