Ashwagandha for Strength and Hypertrophy

ashwagandha has no uses. strength and hypertrophy. I don't see enough of a mechanistic Rational where I would say oh yeah, it's gonna make you huge and strong But there is some evidence linking it to sleep quality which I do find to be plausible and compelling. It's not a reason to get off your anxiety meds or anything like that but as someone who has had mild anxiety in the past There is some research indicating that ashwagands can help out with that little bit.
