NOTE

Inner Conflict and Self-Permission

The inner conflict arises from the resistance, shame, and bifurcation between safe and unsafe parts of ourselves, leading to a feeling of being at war within. This inner turmoil creates noise in our thoughts, making it challenging to discern the voice to follow and find a deeper alignment for decision-making. Creating an internal container of self-permission to hold all parts of oneself with curiosity and compassion, without judgment, is vital. Trying to force change through self-hate only leads to a narrow existence dictated by ego constraints, resembling an inner prison rather than true freedom and peace.
