Ike: How do we train our mnds for positivity without it hurting us? Part of it is just noticing our thoughts. We have these thoughts that some shame built and gilt built, like, something's wrong with me. A lot of loneliness comes out of that. But when it comes really you mean by not we're not revealing who we are. We're hiding thingsare not opening up fully. I can't tell you how many times i hav here from my patients, reviewers, that they don't feel comfortable telling their friends, close friends, that they're having a hard time.
