NOTE

Gradual Intensity Build-Up for Optimal Performance

During the workout, start with a lower intensity to warm up the muscles and gradually increase power and speed over sets. Using exercises like med ball throws, set a performance benchmark and aim to reach at least 80% of that benchmark to end the set due to the law of diminishing returns. By progressively increasing effort over sets, one optimally charges the 'neural battery' and regulates intensity based on performance to achieve peak results.
