Trust Is a Big Part of Leadership

I think having a very clear goal that everyone's moving towards. And then yeah, you obviously still need that overview and depending on the size of the project and that strategic overview. But I think trust as well, giving people, everyone hates micromanagement,. Giving people the trust that they can do their job and allowing people to fail as well and learn from it is a huge part of leadership.
