Ask yourself why things happened the way they did?

"You've done so much groundwork kind of thinking and behavior that it shouldn't be that difficult once you feel like you've got your feet underneath you," she says. "And then like internalizing stuff from past jobs, is that just like journaling about it or like, how do you like, what do you mean? You have to ask yourself."
