Identity Should Be Built Around Character Traits
Building identity around roles can be dangerous because roles are subject to change, leading to identity crisis when circumstances shift. It is better to base identity on character traits like patience, discipline, being centered, having perspective, showing care and commitment, and curiosity as these traits define who a person truly is and remain constant despite life's changes.
