Fostering Collaboration through Smaller Design Teams

Creating smaller design teams within Lego to focus on cross-domain themes is seen as the next step for collaboration. Existing team meetings with 60-70 designers are not effective as they hinder real conversations. Thus, the idea is to have designers form mini teams with individuals they haven't worked with before to address cross-domain challenges, aiming to spark more effective community building.
