Sleep Deprivation and Insomnia
Sleep deprivation and insomnia are very different things. If you get five hours of sleep every night, you're almost definitely sleep deprived. Just because your sleep deprived does not mean that you have insomnia. And i think a lot of the sleep advice that is given to people doesn't work.
