Effects of Different Levels of Physical Activity on Aging

Different levels of physical activity were studied among individuals over a lifetime: no regular exercise, less than two days, two to three days, four to five days, and competitive training. Results showed that two to three days of exercise had no significant impact on aging. However, four to five days per week of physical activity showed substantial benefits, closely resembling the effects seen in competitive athletes. This indicates that the optimal physical activity level to combat aging effects is engaging in four to five days of exercise per week over a lifetime, making it an essential component of personal hygiene.
