The Importance of Fresh Preparations for Interviews

We used to prep days in advance for podcast interviews, but realized it made the episodes boring and dry. We would forget most of what we prepped and it felt like we were just asking question after question. Plus, we became so knowledgeable on the topic that it took away the surprise and true human interest. Now, we prefer to sit down and have fresh conversations without heavy preparation.
