Focus on Nail One Channel Efficiently
Founders often make the mistake of trying to split across multiple channels instead of efficiently nailing one channel. It is highlighted that it typically takes one channel to reach 50 million in revenue or two to reach 100 million. However, many startups struggle to find even one successful channel. While paid advertising can be beneficial for quick testing and validation, it should not be the primary focus for early growth.
