Science can identify factors that correlate with happiness, such as income, relationships, social support, and access to green space, but it cannot provide personalized guidance. Scientific studies on happiness reflect population-based findings and cannot prescribe individual solutions. Applying these findings to one's life can be challenging as it's not feasible to suddenly acquire elements like a loving partner or a specific income level.
