NOTE

The Positive Health Effects of Getting Out into Nature

Living in different areas, such as cities, deserts, or near the ocean, has its own unique features. However, getting out into nature has proven to have numerous positive health effects. Forest bathing, a practice of immersing oneself in forest-like environments, has been shown to enhance mental and physical health. This has led people who cannot access forests to bring plants into their homes, which not only look nice but also have potential benefits for mental and physical well-being. While studies and evidence are often needed to assess the impact of health-enhancing tools and protocols, nature and grounding stand out as areas where the benefits are so diverse that isolating individual variables in a laboratory may not fully capture the true conclusions.
