Context and Mode in Productivity

The key insight is to consider both context and mode when organizing tasks to enhance productivity. Context refers to the physical aspect, while mode is the mental state such as professional or personal. Recognizing the mode, whether it's high energy, low energy, high focus, or low focus, helps in determining the tasks to prioritize. Initially organizing tasks based on context is crucial as it determines the actions feasible at a given moment. However, with the current scenario enabling us to do everything from the same place, there's a need to incorporate additional variables into task organization for optimal productivity.
