Limit your news intake, reduce screen time, find reliable sources on science and epidemiology, be cautious of fearmongers, trust the right information sources, and develop a family gap plan to debunk the myth of relationships being 50/50, as life does not operate in that manner.
We have collectively hit weary. This is especially true for the brave folks on the front lines of this pandemic and for the people who love and support them. And it’s also true for all of us.
