My Notes
Authenticity and Vulnerability Build Trust
Being authentic and vulnerable in interactions rather than putting on a confident persona can help build a higher quality and powerful connection. This approach is more trustworthy as it creates a safe space and allows others to relate better. Acknowledging and sharing feelings of being an imposter can be beneficial when stepping out of one's comfort zone. It's okay to admit to having imposter feelings while still showing up and believing in the meaningfulness of the endeavor. The key is to remember that others are cheering and rooting for one's success in such situations.
