Aristotle and Plato on Substance

Aristotle believes that substances are genuine, and that they can be changed./nPlato is likely to reject this idea, and so Aristotle has to argue in a way that is familiar to Plato./nHe does this by saying that substances are capable of being subjects of predication, and that they can be changed.
