  • 💥 Craving Extremes: Do you crave extreme situations or sensations, whether through intense emotions, risky activities, or constant partying? Am I consciously or unconsciously seeking intensity and excitement because I fear stillness, introspection, or dealing with unresolved issues within?
  • ⚠️ Pulling Others into Crises: Do you frequently pull people into your personal crises, creating what is known as drama bonding? Do I lean on creating drama to strengthen my bonds with others, and if so, what healthier alternatives are available?
