Leaders tend to see it as strategy is choosing. You don't see it that way? No, i can't. But whenever something is cited as important and lacking, i try to get to the underlying cause for that. So if you say, execution is really important, but we don't do execution welland when enough companies sort of say that, there's a crisis of execution. I fear that i will go to my grave never having convinced any of this, because it's so engraved, angrained.

The most successful leaders are always looking for an edge. It could be a competitive edge for their organizations, their teams, even themselves.
