Walking is a simple and effective way to promote circulation and overall wellness. Incorporating balance and eye drills, along with breath holds during walks, can enhance physical and mental health. Adopting a practice of inhaling for ten seconds and then holding the breath while walking can improve breathing capacity and endurance. This technique is inspired by French free divers, demonstrating the importance of movement and breath control for optimal health.
